1. Appointment Changes and Cancellations:

   a. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and find a new mutually convenient time.

   b. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service time. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly.

 

2. No-shows and Late Cancellations:

   a. No-show: A no-show occurs when a customer is not present at the scheduled service time, and we have not received any prior notification of cancellation or rescheduling. In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge the full service fee.

   b. Late cancellation: A late cancellation refers to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a portion of the service fee, based on the circumstances and our discretion.

 

3. Refunds and Credits:

   a. Service completion: Once the service has been completed, refunds are generally not provided unless there are extenuating circumstances or exceptional situations.

   b. Prepaid services: If you have prepaid for a service and need to cancel, we will assess the cancellation fee as outlined in our policy and refund the remaining amount, if applicable.

   c. Credit towards future services: In some cases, we may offer a credit towards future services instead of a refund.

 

4. Communication and Contact:

   a. It is essential to contact us directly via phone or email to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Messages left on voicemail or through other means may not be considered as official cancellation notifications.

   b. Our contact information can be found on our website, and we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling request.
